Booking Jazz Impact

Booking Jazz Impact is easy.

To begin, you will need to schedule an initial consultation to discuss your needs directly with Michael Gold. Please call 612.377.7221 or email bookings@jazz-impact.com.

Once it has been determined that Jazz Impact is the right fit for your event and the dates are available, a basic contract will be created and emailed to you.

A 50% deposit is required to hold the date with the balance due upon completion of contract.

Once the contract has been consummated, Jazz Impact will schedule a teleconference with the principals involved to customize the program to meet your needs.

Jazz Impact will determine the scope of sound reinforcement needs for the event and may handle the procurement and scheduling of all the technical aspects.

Jazz Impact will work closely with the event producers to assure seamless integration into your program.

In most cases, the Jazz Impact ensemble will arrive one day prior to the event for a rehearsal sound check.

Travel arrangements can be handled either directly by Jazz Impact or by your event production company.
